Experienced Technician: Someone with a proven background in auto glass replacement, repair, and vehicle diagnostics who can hit the ground running.
- For any techs with 1yr+ of auto glass experience, we are happy to offer a signing bonus!
- Dedicated Apprentice: A motivated, mechanically inclined individual eager to learn the trade from the ground up under the guidance of seasoned professionals.
Whichever level you enter at, this is a hands-on role requiring physical stamina, sharp attention to detail, and a commitment to top-tier quality.

We've offered both, mobile and in-shop auto glass repairs and replacements from day one. As the industry leader, Quality Auto Glass was the first in the state of NJ to adopt ADAS Recalibration capabilities! Since 2015, we've been a fully certified ADAS Calibration center - carving a path the industry as a whole would follow a few years later. In effort to keep our shared roads as safe as possible, we lead from the front.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Strong customer service and communications skills are required
- You must have a valid State issued ID and SSN
- Drivers License with clean record is a plus
- Bi-lingual is a plus
Compensation: $18.50 - $33.00 per hour
